WhatsApp Business: Message Customers on WhatsApp

What this does

Connect a WhatsApp Business number and message customers on WhatsApp from SmartlyQ. Replies land in Conversations and contacts sync to your CRM.

Where to find it

Open Settings and choose WhatsApp.

Connect a number

Click Connect a number and sign in with Meta, then pick your WhatsApp Business Account and phone number. That is the whole setup - there are no tokens to copy.

How billing works

The number stays on your own WhatsApp Business account, and Meta bills that account directly for the messages you send, at its own per-country rates. Your card is added at Meta, in WhatsApp Manager, not in SmartlyQ. Add a working payment method before you rely on it, or your messages will fail to send.
