Transcription: Turn Audio into Text
Overview
The Transcription tool (audio to text) converts audio and video into accurate written text. Turn meetings, interviews, voice notes, or videos into transcripts you can search, edit, and repurpose.
Where to find it
From the sidebar, open Create > Transcription.
How to use it
- Click Upload File and choose your audio or video file.
- SmartlyQ processes it and returns the full transcript.
- Copy or edit the text, and reuse it however you need.
Your past transcriptions are kept in the History panel for easy access.
Tips
- Clear audio transcribes best - less background noise means higher accuracy.
- Repurpose the transcript into a blog post, show notes, or social captions with the Article Generator or Content Rewriter.
