How to Access
Navigate to Analyse > Social Reports from the sidebar.
Understanding Your Dashboard
The report dashboard includes:
- Overview cards - total followers, total engagement, total reach
- Trend charts - line/bar charts showing metrics over time
- Platform breakdown - pie/bar charts comparing platforms
- Top posts - ranked by engagement, reach, or clicks
- Audience insights - demographics and activity patterns (where available)
Date Ranges & Comparisons
Select any date range and optionally compare it to a previous period (e.g., this month vs. last month). This helps you identify growth trends and seasonal patterns.
Tip: Schedule regular report reviews (weekly or monthly) to track your progress and adjust your strategy based on what's working.
