Why your business profile matters

Your business profile is everything SmartlyQ knows about your business - asked once, and read by every AI feature before it does any work. Filling it in well is the single biggest thing you can do to make the AI's output sound like you.

Where to find it

Open Settings and choose My Business.

What to fill in

Under About, set your business name, website, what you do, your industry, content language, who you serve and what makes you different. The other tabs cover your brand Voice, Connections, Knowledge and Legal details. Not sure where to start? Click Re-run setup wizard to be walked through it. You can also control which features read your profile using the toggles at the top.
