Setting Up Your Account

Your personal account

Your account settings hold the details that are personal to you, separate from your business or workspace. This is where you set your name, email, profile photo and mobile number.

Where to find it

Open Settings and choose My Account.

What you can set

  • Name and photo - how you appear to your team.
  • Email - your login and where account notices go.
  • Mobile number - used for SMS alerts; enter it with the country code and verify with Send code.
  • Email preferences - choose which emails SmartlyQ sends you.

Make your changes and click Save changes.
