Routines: Put Captain on Autopilot
Overview
Routines let you schedule AI Captain to run on autopilot - a weekly content plan, a daily trend check, a recurring report - so recurring marketing work happens without you starting it each time.
Where to find it
From the sidebar, open Create > Routines.
How to set up a routine
- Create a routine and describe the recurring task.
- Set the schedule (for example every Monday morning).
- Captain runs the task on schedule and delivers the result.
What you get
- Scheduled Captain missions that run automatically.
- Recurring content, research, and reports.
- Hands-off execution of routine marketing work.
Tips
- Start with one weekly routine (like a content plan) and expand once you trust the output.
- Review the first few runs so you can refine the instructions.
