Overview
The Manage Posts view gives you a comprehensive list of all your social media posts - draft, scheduled, published, and failed. Filter, search, and take action on any post.
Key Capabilities
- Full post history - see every post across all platforms
- Status filtering - filter by draft, scheduled, published, or failed
- Search - find specific posts by keyword
- Bulk actions - select multiple posts for bulk operations
- Performance preview - see engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) inline
- Quick edit - modify scheduled posts before they go live
How to Access
Navigate to Publish > Manage Posts from the sidebar.
Post Statuses
- Draft - saved but not yet scheduled
- Scheduled - set to publish at a future date/time
- Published - successfully posted to the platform
- Failed - post encountered an error (click to see details and retry)
- In Queue - added to a post queue, awaiting the next available slot
Tip: Regularly check the "Failed" filter to catch and resolve any posting errors quickly.
