AI Assistants are purpose-built helpers trained with prompts and knowledge to handle specific tasks - writing content, answering questions, research, customer replies, and more. Pick a ready-made assistant, or build your own.
Where to find it
From the sidebar, open Create > AI Assistants.
Using and creating assistants
- Use a ready-made assistant - choose one suited to your task and start chatting.
- Create your own - click New assistant, give it a role and instructions, and (optionally) add knowledge so it answers with your information.
Tips
- Give clear instructions - the more specific the role and rules, the better the assistant performs.
- Add your own knowledge so the assistant answers accurately about your business.
- Create separate assistants for separate jobs (support, sales, research) rather than one that does everything.
