Your home screen

When you log in, SmartlyQ opens on the Launchpad - your workspace home. It brings your reach, publishing queue, pipeline value, chatbot activity and setup steps together on one page. You can return to it at any time from Launchpad at the top of the left menu. For a full tour, see the Launchpad guide.

Billing and plans

Open Settings > Billing to see your current plan, price, renewal date and wallet balance, and to manage everything money-related. The tabs across the top cover your Wallet, Payments and invoices, Subscriptions and usage Analytics.

Manage your subscription

Use Add credits to top up your wallet, View Plans to compare or change plan, and the promo box to redeem a gift or promo code. Manage subscription opens your full billing portal. If your workspace is billed by an agency, billing is handled on their account and no payment method is needed from you.
